Independent, third-party analysis of GLOW blend vials by RP-HPLC-UV — every active in the vial resolved and reported separately, so a certificate says what each compound actually measured, not just that 'something' is in there.
What GLOW is
GLOW is not a compound — it is a trade name for a recipe: one vial carrying GHK-Cu, BPC-157, and TB-500 together, most commonly labeled as a 50/10/10 mg split (70 mg total). That distinction matters analytically. A blend can only be verified by resolving each active as its own chromatographic peak and quantifying each one against its own reference standard; a single 'purity' number for a mixture is meaningless by construction. GLOW vials are also chromatographically interesting: GHK-Cu is a copper-complexed tripeptide that elutes very early and must be prepped without acid (acid strips the copper), while BPC-157 and TB-500 are mid-size peptides with conventional behavior — so the method has to serve all three honestly at once. Our certificate leads with the name on your label (GLOW) and prints the actual actives directly beneath it, each with its own results row.
Why get your GLOW independently tested
- Split verification: a GLOW label declares a per-active recipe — typically 50 mg GHK-Cu, 10 mg BPC-157, 10 mg TB-500. Each active gets its own identity, purity, and content line on the certificate, so a short or missing component can't hide inside a healthy-looking total.
- Missing-component risk: the cheapest way to shortcut a blend is to leave out or under-dose one active — usually the expensive one. Per-component identity against three separate reference standards settles whether all three compounds are actually present.
- GHK-Cu integrity: the copper complex is the point of GHK-Cu, and it is also fragile — acid exposure strips the copper. A blue solution and a correct GHK-Cu peak are evidence the complex survived manufacturing; our prep is deliberately acid-free for this vial class.
- Label mass vs. true peptide mass: across three actives, counter-ion and water weight accumulate. The per-active net-peptide assay reports measured milligrams for each compound against its declared share of the label.
What we measure on GLOW
A GLOW certificate reports, for EACH of the three actives, by reversed-phase HPLC with UV/diode-array detection: identity (retention-time and UV-spectral match against that compound's own certified reference standard), chromatographic purity as area percent, content in milligrams per vial, and retention time — one vial, one certificate, one verification code, three fully-reported compounds. Appearance (GLOW is a blue solution when the copper complex is intact) and optional pH are reported at the vial level.
Every result is issued as a certificate of analysis you — or anyone you forward it to — can verify cryptographically. Our scope — stated plainly
Testing is RP-HPLC-UV against certified reference standards for each declared active — not mass spectrometry. The certificate reports the actives declared on your label; it does not de-novo identify unlabeled compounds. KMD Analytical is an independent laboratory; we do not perform sterility, endotoxin, heavy-metal, or residual-solvent testing.

Is GLOW itself a compound?
No — GLOW is a recipe name for one vial carrying GHK-Cu, BPC-157, and TB-500 together. Our certificate leads with the name on your label, prints the actual actives beneath it, and reports each one separately, so the brand is visible and the chemistry is fully stated. The name is display only; it gets no purity or content of its own.
My GLOW has a different split than 50/10/10 — can you still test it?
Yes. The 50/10/10 split is only the most common label; when you order, the blend preset pre-fills that split and you edit it to match your vial. Each active is verified against whatever your label actually declares.
Why is my GLOW solution blue, and what if it isn't?
The blue color is the copper of intact GHK-Cu — it is expected, and its absence is a finding. A GLOW vial that reconstitutes colorless suggests the copper complex is absent or degraded, and the chromatography will usually corroborate that. Appearance is a reported line on the certificate.
Do I get one certificate or three?
One. A blend vial produces a single certificate with one verification code, on which every declared active has its own identity, purity, content, and retention-time row. One physical vial never becomes multiple certificates — that is part of what keeps verification honest.
