Group testing

Group peptide testing: one order, a certificate for every vial.

Organizing a testing group? Put every member's vial on one order, ship one box, and pay $100 per vial instead of $150 once the order reaches 10 vials.

Forward this page to your members. It covers price, certificates, shipping and results.

How one order carries the whole group

The order form takes one line per vial, up to 999 vials. For each vial you pick what it is and enter the amount in mg printed on its label. You can also add your own sample ID and the batch or lot number.

One order means one name, one email address and one invoice. Collecting each member's share is the organizer's job.

Check each vial against the peptides we test and our scope of services first. A sample outside scope is not analyzed, and its fee is not refunded. A peptide we simply do not offer yet is different: we credit or refund the fee for that vial.

What the group pays

The rate is set by the order size and applies to every vial: $150 per vial for 1–4 vials, $125 for 5–9, and $100 for 10 or more. At 10 or more, each vial costs $50 less than the 1–4-vial rate.

9 vials cost $1,125 and 10 cost $1,000. If the group is one vial short, adding a vial lowers the bill. The rate follows the vials that arrive: if fewer arrive than were ordered, the order is re-priced at the tier for that count.

What prints on each certificate

Every vial gets its own certificate of analysis with its own ID and QR code, and a SHA-256 fingerprint of the PDF on record at the lab. Anyone can check it at kmdanalytical.com/verify, so members do not have to take the organizer's word. Each certificate reports identity, purity and net-peptide content in mg for that one vial (see how to read a peptide COA).

  • One name for the whole order.Every certificate is issued to the company or brand entered on the order form, or to the organizer's name if that field is blank. Our records keep the name from the organizer's first order, so if you have ordered from us before under a different name, write the name you want in the order notes before the vials ship. Anyone with a certificate's link or ID can see that name, and it cannot be changed once a certificate is issued, so agree on it first.
  • No member names. A member who needs a certificate in their own name places their own order, priced by its own vial count.
  • Printed per vial. The name it was entered under, its labeled amount, the lot number if you typed one, and the photo we took when it arrived. The sample ID is for our bench and does not print.

How to label and pool the shipment

  1. Place the order and pay the invoice. Shipping instructions follow by email.
  2. Write your KMD order number, the 6-character code on the invoice, on the outside of the box.
  3. Label every vial with what it is and its strength. Code names are fine with a printed sheet matching each code to its contents.
  4. Number identical vials (1, 2, 3 and so on), and keep your own list of which member sent which.
  5. Send every vial together in one box: sealed vials only, padded, with the name on the order inside. Any carrier works and no signature is needed.

The address and full steps are on the submission page.

How results reach the organizer

Everything goes to the email address on the order. When the lab logs the box in, that address gets a tracking link showing the stage of each vial. Each certificate is emailed when it is issued, as a sealed PDF with a link to the live certificate, so finished results are not held for the last vial.

The same address signs in to the client portalwith a one-time link to see each vial's status and download every certificate. To pass results on, forward the unaltered PDF or the certificate link. Each member can verify it independently.

Turnaround

Standard turnaround is typically 8–10 business days from the day the lab logs the vials in, 15 business days maximum. Shipping time is separate. These are estimates, not guarantees (see the terms). Rush (4 business days, +50%) is offered only on orders up to 4 vials. A larger group that needs results sooner can ask in the order notes; we confirm capacity and quote it.

Limits worth knowing

A certificate reports on the vial we tested, not on other vials from the same lot. Testing uses up the vial, so nothing is sent back. Our scope is identity, purity and content by RP-HPLC-UV; lab facts covers the instrument and method. Selling under your own brand? See testing for vendors.

Group testing — FAQ

How many vials can go on one group order?

Up to 999, one line per vial. From 10 vials, the per-vial rate for the whole order drops from $150 to $100; a vial with more than one active costs more.

Does each member get a certificate in their own name?

No. Every vial gets its own certificate, but all certificates on an order are issued to the one name on that order. A member who needs their own name places a separate order.

Can one member's vial be rushed?

Not on its own. Rush applies to a whole order and is offered on orders of up to 4 vials. A member who needs a result sooner places a separate order of up to 4 vials and chooses rush there.

How long does a group order take?

Typically 8–10 business days from the day the lab logs the vials in, 15 business days maximum. Shipping time is separate. These are estimates, not guarantees.
