How to submit your sample

Write your order number on the package

On the outside of the box, or on a slip of paper inside where we'll see it immediately. This is the single thing that connects your vials to your order — a package without it sits on our bench until we can track you down.

Label each vial with the compound and strength

For example “Retatrutide 10 mg”. Internal code names are fine — just include a printed sheet matching each code to its compound (e.g. AP3-R = Retatrutide 10 mg). No need to relabel anything.

If two vials are identical, mark them 1 and 2

Every vial gets its own certificate, so we need to tell them apart. Two vials of the same compound, strength and lot are indistinguishable to us otherwise — and we couldn't tell you which result belongs to which vial.

Pack sealed vials and ship

Sealed vials only, padded so they don't move in transit. Include your name or company inside the package. Any carrier is fine — no signature required.
